Military attaché of the Iranian embassy in Russia, Reza Khosravi Moghaddam said in an interview with IRNA on Monday that following an official invitation by Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation Sergei Shoygu from Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces of Iran Major General Mohammad Bagheri, a high-ranking delegation headed by Deputy Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces Brigadier General Aziz Nasirzadeh will enter Moscow on Monday.
Khosravi Moghaddam added that the delegation will participate in the opening ceremony of the military event on Monday.
The Iranian delegation will also meet with some of the heads of foreign delegations.
From August 15 to 17 the Forum will be open to specialists, foreign state delegations, as well as scientific and business activities.
The International Military Forum Army-2023 will be open to the public on August 18-20.
