In the final day of the games held on Friday in Delhi, Ghazaleh Hosseini won three gold medals and Hanieh Sharifi gained one silver and one bronze in the 64-kg category.
Also, in the 59-kg category, Ghazal Hosseini snatched one silver medal.
In the 71-kg and 76-kg contests, La’ya Karimi and Assal Kadkhodaei, respectively, won various medals while Kizhan Maghsoodi won two silver and one bronze medals in the 87-kg category.
The Iranian girls finished third in the tournament after India and Uzbekistan by gaining 488 points.
The 2023 Asian Youth & Junior Weightlifting Championships was held in Delhi-NCR, India, from July 28 to August 5.
