Amirabdollahian left Islamabad for Karachi, the capital of Sindh province in southern Pakistan, earlier on Friday.
He was welcomed by the local officials of the province upon arrival at the Jinnah International Airport in Karachi.
After that, the foreign minister and the members of his high-ranking political and economic delegation paid a visit to the tomb of Muhammad Ali Jinnah, revered in Pakistan as the “Quaid-e-Azam” (Great Leader), to pay tribute to the late leader.
He also signed the memorial book of the late leader of Pakistan.
