The First Criminal Court of Tehran Province issued a public notice on Saturday saying the fugitive MKO members showed introduce their lawyers to the court to take part in the trial.
The media center of the Iranian judiciary the public notice has been published in Iranian newspapers. It has asked the 104 MKO members, whose name have been included in the notice, to introduce their lawyers within one month or face penalties based on the Iranian laws.
The MKO is accused of committing many crimes against the Iranian officials and ordinary people inside and outside of the country over the past few decades.
