Iftikhar held a meeting late Tuesday with heads of Iranian internet and information technology companies and businesses to become acquainted with their capabilities and achievements.
In the meeting, which was held in presence of senior Iranian telecoms ministry officials, Iranian digital businesses, including those working on e-commerce, hardware and software equipment, network security, transport and Internet transmission, local messengers and social networks companies, payment and banking software, and venture capital companies introduced their potentials for the purpose of engaging in cooperation projects with Pakistani companies.
Iftikhar welcomed expansion of cooperation between Iran and Pakistan in the field of information technology.
