Upon arrival in Abu Dhabi early on Thursday, Amirabdollahian was welcomed by UAE's Minister of State Khalifa Shaheen Almarar.
Iranian foreign minister is slated to hold talks with senior UAE officials on bilateral as well as on important international and regional issues during his visit to the UAE.
Prior to the trip, he visited Qatar, Oman and Kuwait as part of a regional tour that began on Tuesday.
