During a European Union meeting on Monday, Daly said that the Zionist regime had bombed the Gaza Strip 232 times last month within five days of attacks in which 10 civilians were killed and 1,100 lost their homes and were displaced.
Since 2008, more than 150,000 Palestinians have been martyred, including 33,000 children, in Gaza and the West Bank, she added.
Referring to the efforts made by the EU on building houses and schools for Palestinians, she underlined that the Zionist forces continue to destroy what the EU has built.
"The EU stands by and watches this happens and calls Israel 'our friend'," said Daly.
"We construct houses and schools in the West Bank; the Israelis come and destroy them. We cannot consider ourselves a union of values and continue to call Israel our friend," she said.
Claire Daly has repeatedly criticized the policies of the United States, the Zionist regime, and the European Union in the Middle East.
