Eurostat figures cited in a Sunday report by the IRNA showed that gas exports from Iran to Turkey had dropped by 17% year on year in the March quarter.
The figures means that Iran supplied an average of 16.6 million cubic meters of gas per day to Turkey over the quarter.
The IRNA report also cited trade figures from the Turkish Statistical Institute (TURKSTAT) showing that trade exchanges between Iran and Turkey had exceeded $1.3 billion in the first quarter of 2023, a decline of 14% year on year.
