The Army Day of the Islamic Republic of Iran, on April 19, was held after a ten-day delay due to the holidays in the two countries.
The guests began arriving at 6:30 pm, and Iran's Ambassador Kazem Jalali and Comodore Reza Khosravi Moqaddam, the Iranian military attaché to Russia were the hosts of the ceremony.
The military attachés wearing the official suits of their countries, as well as different countries' ambassadors had created a special atmosphere at the hall.
When most guests had arrived the ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia entered and was warmly welcomed by his Iranian counterpart with a warm embrace and taking pictures side by side with the IRI military attaché, as an eye-catching event of the night. This was after a seven-year hiatus that the Iranian and Saudi officials were warmly welcoming each other's presence after the two countries' resumed relations after a long hiatus.
