Qalibaf made the remarks in an open session of the Iranian Parliament on Sunday as he condemned the sacrilege of the first Qibla of the Islamic world and the raid on Palestinian worshipers at the Al-Aqsa Mosque as well as brutal attacks on the Gaza Strip and southern Lebanon by the Zionist regime.
The Iranian official said that the Zionist regime is in its weakest position ever, adding that the power of the resistance front in the region has forced it to resort to cowardly acts.
He said that the Zionist regime has violated international laws for decades and has turned into a massacre machine that continues to intensify its crimes against the Palestinians.
Qalibaf urged all Muslim nations around the world to commemorate the International Quds Day this year to show their abhorrence of the Zionist regime and to prove that the Palestinian cause is still alive.
