In the Bishkek in 2023 Asia and Oceania Deaf Greco-Roman Competitions on its second and last day on Thursday morning and evening, the Iranian athletes in five weights faced their competitors and managed to gain two gold medals, two silver medals and a bronze medal.
Sadeq Abolvafaie and Shahab Rahim won Iran's gold medals, Shirzad Mahaki and Reza Esmaili got the games' silver medals, and Mohamamd-Mahdi Khazaie won a bronze medal.
Thus, the Iranian team altogether in ten weights of the competitions won two gold, four silver and three bronze medals, ranking third after Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan.
