Ziad al-Nakhaleh in his Friday evening meeting with the Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran who is in Beirut, exchanged views on Palestine and regional developments.
The foreign minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran, too, in the meeting ensured the Palestinian official that Tehran’s support for the Palestinian nation continues as before.
Amirabdollahian expressed hope that the Islamic countries will get closer to one another to defeat the enemies and dismantle their hatched plots.
The meeting took place at the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Beirut.
Amirabdollahian has in this visit also met the Lebanese foreign minister and emphasized in a joint press conference with Abdullah bou-Habib, “The Islamic Republic of Iran will mightily continue its support for the Lebanese and Palestinian resistance, and Iran considers Lebanon’s security as its own and regional security.”
