The Spokesman of Iranian Army’s ‘Zolfaqar-1401’ war games, Brigadier General "Alireza Sheikh" said that during the main stage of ‘Zolfaqar-1401’ war games, Mohajer 6, Ababil 3 Novin and Arash drones monitored the movements of the supposed enemy forces and destroyed the intended targets by flying over the general area of the war games.
Sheikh added that Mohajer 6 drone with a range of 2,000 kilometers is classified as tactical and combat drones and can be used in various military and civilian missions, and this drone also can carry up to 40 kg of weapons under its wings.
The Iranian Army staged large-scale military exercises in an area stretching from the eastern part of the Strait of Hormuz to the northern tip of the Indian Ocean.
Iranian Army forces in a joint military drill dubbed “Zolfaqar-1401” started late Thursday (December 29, 2022) in Bandar-e-Jask in southeastern Iran.
The Zolfaqar-1401 war game is aimed at proving the ineffectiveness of the arms embargoes imposed against the Islamic Republic Iran in recent years.
