The Isfahan Science and Technology Town (ISTT) has quoted Director General of the Isfahan Standard Administration Mahmoud Farmani as saying on Wednesday that the force measuring sensor is one of the strategic products in measurement field, and that mass production of the sensors will prevent capital outflow.
In a meeting between the Isfahan Science and Technology Town and the Isfahan Standard Administration, the Aria Sanjesh Asia company, which has succeeded in manufacturing the force measuring sensor with the capacity of 250 tons, has been granted a promotional manufacturing document from the National Standard Organization.
The C-series force measuring sensor can be applied in steel, petrochemical, spinning and knitting, and food industries. According to estimations, the product is 25 percent cheaper than similar foreign-made ones. It can be repaired inside the country and the average effective life of the instrument in the Iran-made sample increased from eight years to 15 years.
There are about 612 technological and knowledge-based companies in the Isfahan Science and Technology Town, providing more than 8,000 innovative manpower with job opportunities. The businesses have created financial turnover of more than 3.3 billion dollars.
