Speaking during an Iran-Mali joint commission meeting in Bamako, the foreign minister said he was happy that the meeting is held six months after his meeting in Tehran with his Malian counterpart Abdoulaye Diop.
He said that Iran is fully resolved to enhance friendly ties with Mali and to give a boost to all-out cooperation in different governmental and private sector areas.
There are huge potentials for bilateral relations between Iran and Mali, the foreign minister said, adding that expansion of the existing cooperation has to be put on the agenda of both countries as they complement each other in many areas.
