The Iranian team of Chemistry Olympiad included Mohammad Hossein Barakati, Ilia Kahvand, Amir Hossein Razavi and Amir Mohammad Hosseini; the first two won the gold and the other two grabbed the silver medals, according to National Organization for Development of Exceptional Talents.
The 54th IChO 2022 was held virtually with participation of 84 countries in China.
Also, Iranian students ranked first worldwide after winning four gold medals at the 33rd International Biology Olympiad.
