Kazem Gharibabadi who was speaking in a press conference on the sidelines of The 4th International Conference of American Human Rights said that Iran is pursuing the assassination dossier of Martyr Soleimani at three different levels, at one of which, that is inspections inside Iran, the job is completed, the one at the International Affairs Court is almost complete, and we are also pursuing the matter with the Iraqi judiciary officials.
He said that Iran and Iraq have established a joint committee, which has met three times in Tehran and twice in Baghdad and the Iraqi officials, too, have accelerated the process of surveying this file.
Gharibabadi said that may documents have been exchanged between the two countries’ judiciary forces and since the criminal act has occurred in Iraq, "we expect the Iraqi officials to finalize this file so that the entire people involved in planning, executing and implementing that terrorist act will be put to trial at courts of justice as soon as possible".
He predicted that the remaining parts for completion of the complaints will be finalized within the next couple of months.
