Eslami made the remarks when asked about Iran's response to a recent anti-Iran statement by the IAEA Board of Governors.
He, however, said that Iran will act based on the safeguards protocol.
Complaining about a selective approach to a 2015 Iran nuclear deal (widely known as JCPOA), the official said that everyone has to be committed to all parts of JCPOA.
"It is not possible for them to bring out some part of the JCPOA and say that these matters are separate," he noted.
He said that Iran has no problem for cooperation with the IAEA in case the agency honors its commitments towards Iran. "The IAEA has to continue its work with Iran within the framework of safeguards."
Asked whether there is any plan for a visit to Iran by IAEA Director-General Rafael Grossi, he said that Iran does not have such a plan.
