Qeshm, IRNA – A trainer plane crashed into the Persian Gulf near southern Iranian island of Qeshm on Saturday, governor-general of the island said.
Mohammad Mohammad-Hosseini said that initial investigation suggested that the two people aboard the aircraft were healthy, as they were rescued by the fishermen of a nearby village.
The cause of crash was under investigation, he added.
