Məhəmmədli detailed the latest activities of the airport and said that there has been plans to increase cooperation with some Iranian airports.
He said that the airport has had interactions and talks to establish new communications between Iran and Nakhchivan in air transportation sector.
Hosseini, in turn, pointed out the existing cooperation between airports in Iran and in Azerbaijan Republic and Nakhchivan, describing such cooperation as an introduction to more interaction and integration.
He said that Iran’s Consulate General was ready to cooperate in this regard.
