Iran to boost environmental cooperation with int'l bodies

Both sides emphasized reinforcing international and UN-backed cooperation in line with solving regional and international environmental issues.

Ali Salajegheh referred to unilateral and cruel sanctions and called on the UN to play an effective and professional role in this regard.

He also described Iran's capacities as valuable and exemplary.

Meanwhile, Priesner offered interest for UN active role and hoped for increasing UN cooperation.
