Ali Fekri said that the World Bank has ignored the attempts made by the United States and the Zionist lobby and agreed to grant loan to Iran's Health Ministry.
He added that the loan will have the lowest interest rate compared with other international finances.
He noted that all medical equipment and medicines required for fighting coronavirus will be provided by the World Health Organization and will be delivered to Iran.
