Speaking in an interview with Afghan media TOLOnews, Bahador Aminian said the new government in Afghanistan is not inclusive and Tehran cannot recognize such a government.
If the new government in Afghanistan is recognized by Iran, then China, Russia, Central Asian states, and some Arab countries will recognize it.
He warned that the economic challenges in Afghanistan will result in expansion of terrorist activities.
Earlier, Iran's President Ebrahim Raisi said that all the efforts of the Islamic Republic of Iran are towards establishing a government in Afghanistan that embraces all groups and ethnicities.
Afghanistan's security is Iran's security and insecurity in that country is equal to insecurity in Iran, he added.
All our efforts are for a government in Afghanistan that people feel belongs to all Afghan groups and ethnicities and assures peace in the country, Raisi noted.
