US analyst: Biden administration incapable of fulfilling promises

New York, IRNA – The US analyst Aminta Zea has said that the US democratic party has so far failed to implement any promises of President Biden's campaign, predicting that the Democrats would not be able to appear strong in the 2022 US midterm elections, given its failures.

Aminta Zea, an American peace activist, and international affairs analyst, made the remarks in an exclusive interview with IRNA on Saturday.

Referring to the opposition of Joe Manchin, a conservative Democrat, to Biden's "Build Back Better Act" framework, she said that at this time, the US government needed to show itself as a unified, disciplined, and public representative party, but right now the Democratic Party has not been able to implement any of Biden's campaign promises.

The American political analyst noted that this conflict shows that the Democratic Party has done poorly in fighting for its campaign promises, and it also proves to the Americans that they can not fully trust their government.

The inability to fulfill the promises shows the inefficiency of the US government in the White House, she further noted.

In reaction to the questions about the gaps in the Democratic Party on the 2022 US midterm elections, she highlighted that the failure to anticipate Manchin's opposition to the "Build Back Better Act" framework, as well as the US government's failure to ensure that the Americans benefit from the bill and other Biden campaign promises, show the mismanagement of the Biden administration.

The US analyst predicted that the Democratic Party could not appear strong in the US midterm elections.

Regarding this issue, she underscored that it is because of the Biden administration's low approval rate among Americans, and they don't have much confidence in the government.

People's demands are not addressed, inflation has reached its highest level, and despite the continuing coronavirus pandemic, there has been no attempt to give people more access to health insurance, and all this shows that there is no strategic alliance between the Democratic Party, she reiterated.
