"As the Head of the Russian delegation at the #ViennaTalks who closely communicated with the delegation of #Iran I have no doubts that #Tehran is very serious about reaching an agreement on restoration of #JCPOA and sanctions lifting within short period of time," Ulyanov wrote in his Twitter account on Sunday.
Meanwhile, the Russian Foreign Ministry said, "The 7th Round of #ViennaTalks is over. Important progress has been made, allowing for a new stage of further work."
"A number of complex political issues are yet to be resolved, but participants reaffirmed intent to reach restoration of #JCPOA in its original framework," it added.
Earlier, Iran’s Deputy Foreign Minister and top negotiator in Vienna talks Ali Bagheri Kani on Friday expressed his satisfaction with the progress of negotiations and said that the talks will continue after a few days' break.
