Iran's national flag carrier launches Kish-Dubai biweekly flights

Tehran, IRNA – Iran's national flag carrier Iran Air has launched new biweekly flights from the Persian Gulf island of Kish to Dubai travelling on Sundays and Wednesdays, managing director of public relations office Hossein Jahani said.

Jahani who was speaking in an exclusive interview with IRNA said that keeping in mind Hormozgan province economic, commercial and tourism potentials, and responding positively to the demands of the Kish Island merchants and residents, the Iran Air has launched its Kish-Dubai and back flights twice a week in its winter schedule.

He said that the flights every Sunday and Wednesday will be by company's ATR planes.

The official said that Iran Air Flight 3518 takes off from Kish Airport at 4:40 pm and lands in Dubai Airport at 6:50 every Sunday.

Jahani said that the same plane’s flight 3519 will take off from Dubai on the same day and land in Kish Airport at 5:21.

He said that the Wednesday flight No. 3518, too, will take off at 3:20 pm and land in Dubai at 5:30 local time, and its flight back number is 3519 that will depart Dubai at 6:30 pm and land in Kish at 7:45.
