Mohammad Ghaderi, an expert in international relations, told IRNA on Tuesday that Washington has imposed new sanctions on Iran recently in a bid to continue putting pressures on Iranians and drive Tehran towards accepting the American's excessive demands.
Such moves are considered as unconstructive steps, which are in contradiction to the American authorities' claims that they are ready to restart nuclear negotiations, he said.
The Islamic Republic should convey the message to the US that Tehran will never accept negotiation under pressure, the analyst said, adding that if the White House wants to return to the JCPOA, the Americans should lift all nuclear-related sanctions and provide Iran with the opportunity to verify the sanction removal process.
Releasing 10 billion dollars is only one of Iranians' conditions for the Americans to show their goodwill, Ghaderi noted, arguing that the United States refuses to make concessions in the negotiation process, because they want to force Iran to succumb to their demands.
Iran will comply with its commitments under the nuclear agreement if other signatories to the deal keep up their side of the bargain, he stipulated.
The Western powers threaten Iran that they would refer the nuclear case to the UN Security Council, but in fact such a scenario would be probably impossible due to the current situation of the world because the Americans have not yet paved the way for resumption of talks on lifting of anti-Iran sanctions, the expert noted.
Referring to the role of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), Ghaderi said that unfortunately the Agency and especially the director general of the world body have turned into a political tool in line with the West's excessive demands.
He went on to say that the Islamic Republic has clarified that Tehran will come back to the negotiating table, but it will not accept nuclear talks under pressure or erosive tactic.
The US's policy of preventing Iranians from their right to acquire peaceful nuclear program and imposing sanctions on the nation at the same time is not acceptable, the analyst said, urging the West to pursue diplomatic process based on goodwill to resolve the nuclear issue as soon as possible.
