The 2021 Frankfurt Book Fair is held both online and physically and Canada is the guest of honor for this year’s edition.
The Islamic Republic of Iran’s pavilion, spanning an area of 40 square meters, hosts representatives of big names in Iranian publishing industry.
To mitigate the impacts of restrictions resulting from the Coronavirus spread, every Iranian publisher in the fair has accepted to presents the works of 10 other publishers who failed to participate in the event.
Iran’s pavilion has allocated a special part to the Holy Prophet Mohammad [PBUH] on the occasion of his birth anniversary coinciding with the event.
Iranian Book and Literature Home has uploaded over 40 selected books in the virtual version of the fair entitled “Frankfurt Rights”.
Iran’s pavilion has also organized special events, including meetings with publishers from around the world and a virtual tour of Tehran Book Fair.
It has also prepared a catalog of over 2000 English language books with various themes published in Iran.
