Iran’s Beitsayyah grabs silver medal in javelin throw

Tokyo, IRNA – As throwing events continue in Tokyo Paralympics, Iran’s Sadeq Beitsayyah received the silver medal at Men’s javelin throw F41 on Saturday.

He threw 43.35m to rank second in the category.

An athlete from China threw 47.13m to win the gold medal.

Tokyo Paralympics began on August 24 and will continue until September 5.

Iran has so far grabbed eight gold, nine silver, and seven bronze medals in the games.
