Joint JCPOA meeting kicks off to conclude 6th round of Vienna talks

Tehran, IRNA – The joint JCPOA meeting to wrap up the sixth round of talks began at the Grand Hotel in Vienna.

The joint JCPOA meeting began minutes ago with the presence of representatives of Iran and the P4+1.

The sixth round of talks is chaired by Enrique Mora, the coordinator of the nuclear deal talks in Vienna.

After the fifth round of talks, Mora declared that he was sure the parties would reach a consensus, but he could not predict the precise time.

The first round of talks was held virtually in early May, in which participants agreed to continue talks in person in Vienna. The US has indirectly participated in the talks.
