Iran supports stable, unified Iraq: FM spox

Tehran, June 10, IRNA – Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Saeed Khatibzadeh, who is in Iraq, has said that Iran supports a stable, unified and strong Iraq.

“Delighted to meet w/ FM @Fuad_Hussein1, CM @HassanNadhem, my colleagues at foreign ministry & other friends of the brotherly Rep. of #Iraq,” he tweeted on Thursday.

He added that “agreed to enhance civilizational ties & cultural, media & art exchanges. Iran supports a stable, unified & strong Iraq.”
