Iranshahr has over 80 types of medicinal herbs, Majid Fayyazi, head of office of agriculture in the city, told IRNA.
Iranshahr is appropriate for planting and producing types of herbs, Fayyazi noted.
He underlined that investment in the area can create job opportunities and bring economic boost.
Iran, due to its geographical position, is the house of different types of herbs proper for medical use.
