Palestine has upper hand in fighting Israel: Chilean analyst

Tehran, May 23, IRNA - Israel is deprived of weapon of courage that the Palestinian resistance fighters have; so, Palestine is equipped with both advanced arms and bravery, a top Chilean political analyst says.

Nicola Hadwa, an expert in West Asia affairs, told IRNA on Sunday that the mobilization of the Palestinian resistance movement with advanced weapons and bravery sent an important message to the world that invincibility of Israel is a baseless and incorrect myth.

Israel is no longer like what it was and a new era has started, he said, adding that military differences between the Zionist regime and the resistance movement have faded.

While the resistance movement has strengthened with the help of advanced weapons, the Zionist regime lacks more sophisticated arm that the Palestinians have, i.e. the powerful weapon of bravery and courage, which cannot be purchased by any amount of money, he said.

Pointing to the Western powers' reaction to the crimes committed by the Zionist regime against the Palestinian people, the analyst said that the Western rulers helped create the domination military base named Zionism in the West Asia region; therefore, they cannot claim that they are supporting human rights of the Palestinians.

Peace should be accompanied by justice because there would be no peace without justice, the political expert underlined, noting that the justice will come true when the Zionist regime and its ideology come to an end.

The child-killing regime has tried to suffocate international media, who were revealing the regime's atrocities against the Palestinians; thus, Israelis pounded a building, where international news agencies were working in the Gaza Strip.

He criticized the international community and the Western powers for being in line with imperialism, because certain states resort to their veto power to hinder any attempt to hold the Zionist regime accountable; so, they help maintain the apartheid regime.

The Zionist regime's military forces have kicked off brutal attacks on the Gaza Strip since May 10. As a result of the 12-day conflict between Israel and Hamas, 248 Palestinians were martyred, including 66 children, 39 women and 17 elderly people.

Following a three-hour cabinet meeting, the Zionist regime accepted ceasefire because they could not stop retaliatory rocket attacks from the Gaza Strip after 12 days.
