Iran Air flight could not land at Karachi airport makes emergency landing in southeastern Iran

Zahedan, Jan 21, IRNA – Iran Air passenger plane on routine flight from Tehran could not land at Karachi airport due to reduced visibility made an emergency landing in Zahedan, southeastern Iran on Thursday morning.

An official at Sistan-Baluchestan Province, southeast of Iran and neighbor to Pakistan, told IRNA that visibility was reduced to 500 meters due to the fog in Karachi airport.

Hamid Barani said the plane is waiting for better conditions to take off for Karachi.
