Iran sympathizes with Japanese people over deaths caused by natural disaster

Tehran, July 6, IRNA - Foreign Ministry spokesman Abbas Mousavi on Monday expressed sympathy with Japanese people and government over human losses caused by flood and mudslide in which tens of Japanese people died and are missing.

Mousavi also expressed condolences to the families of the victims.

On Saturday (July 4), heavy rain in Japan led to flood and mudslides which left at least 15 dead and 14 missing.

It also caused serious damages to properties.
