Clocks in Iran set forward by one hour

Tehran, March 21, IRNA - Clocks set forward by one hour at zero hour on Saturday (March 21) to observe summer time.

According to the legislation passed by the Iranian Parliament (Majlis) in 2007, the official time of the country is turned forward one hour every year at zero hour on March 21.

The official time of Iran is also turned back one hour every year at midnight on September 22 as the winter time or the Daylight Saving Time (DST) begins.
