Macron tramples upon French political, judicial independence

Tehran, May 28, IRNA – French judiciary agreed to extradite Jalaaleddin Rouhollahnejad to the US, while his lawyer told French media that the Iranian engineer had been arrested with political motives.

The French move is a de facto declaration of crusade on Iran's scientific progress, which is an overt violation for international laws and France is accountable for human rights violation of the Iranian national.

The point is not only is France's decision an anti-science move, it is also contrary to human rights because the US records show that they have inhumane behavior towards prisoners.

According to the US media, a large portion of the US prisoners, the majority of whom are of color, have not even been arraigned and are living in the worst arbitrary confinement.

It looks as if France's purpose were to blackmail Iran; French officials have repeatedly said that the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), signed in 2015, is flawed and the missile and regional issues should be added to that.

What's more, Paris has always had a destructive approach toward its commitments stipulated in the nuclear deal; they have also said that Iran's National Security Council's decision is unacceptable and against the deal.

Iran has, as always, behaved according to laws and duties and will not capitulate to the blackmails, including the French moves. However, Tehran will exercise all its capacities to support and free Iranian nationals throughout the world and will never compromise.

The settlers of the Élysée Palace proved and cried out their lack of both political and judicial independence with extradition they made.

Naturally, the French officials think that the move is in line with security of humanity, but they should be reminded that many families, especially Iranians, are still mourning for their loved ones that were tortured to death by contaminated French blood.

The so-called advocates of the human rights, i.e. the French government, should, before anything, be responsible for the fact that, after so many years, they have not punished the people who sent contaminated blood to Iran.

How do they talk about security and stability of humanity, while they don’t do their commitments in car and plane industries, which are dealing with people's lives?

These inhumane and anti-human practices of France can be quite understandable because the reins of policies are in the hands of a green young man who has put all his eggs in the basket of a highwayman, Donald Trump; it is not hyperbolic to say that France is experiencing the most Americanized era of its history.

It is noteworthy that Doctor Masoud Soleimani, a senior researcher of stem cells and a professor at Tehran's Tarbiat Modares University, planned a visit to the US via France for research. He was taken into custody in France in February, 2019, which is proof for the US' inhumane and pirate-like behavior.
