Convergence of Muslim World requires dialogue among elites

Tehran, May 5, IRNA – The professors and researchers attending the international conference of Islamic World elites believe that convergence among Islamic states will not be possible without dialogue.

They also believe that just elites will be able to stop conflicts by highlighting common grounds.

During the three-day conference which was held in Tehran University, participants underlined commonalties among Islamic countries.
Secretary of the event Nader Nour Mohammad told the meeting that the scientific society of Muslims social thought is aimed at exchanging views, synergy, cooperation and promoting the scientific level of professors and students.

He said that the society is headquartered in Iran, adding that it can have branches in all other countries except Israel.
