Haddadi could break the record of Olympic record which was 66 meter.
Earlier, Haddadi won gold as well as his sixth Asian title with a throw of 65.95 meters in the competitions in the 23rd Asian Athletics Championships in Qatar.
Haddadi had already claimed a gold medal in Triton Invitational in Chula Vista, Southern California, the US, with a throw of 67.19m, in which Sam Mattis won the silver and Reggie Jagers win the third place.
