182 non-Iranian patients benefit from healthcare services

Tehran, Feb 24, IRNA- Head of the Red Crescent's Nour-AFshar Hospital announced that 182 non-Iranian patients had benefited from diverse health tourism services including rehabilitation, orthopedics, anesthesia, general surgery, urology, neurology, sports medicine and neurology in the hospital.

Majid Nouri said on Sunday that the patients, who are nationals of Canada, Britain, South America, UAE, Bahrain, Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan, have traveled to Iran since the beginning of this current Iranian year (will end on March 21, 2019).

“Nour-AFshar Hospital has been active since the inception of the health tourism, so that we have received the certificate of the superior hospital in the field of health tourism in the Islamic countries, and we are active in this field,' the Iranian official noted.

Nouri explained that the health tourism tariffs would also be made on the basis of the Ministry of Health tariffs, and that the Red Crescent Hospital would also provide services to troubled and war-torn countries, as well as to patients who are from overseas to private systems.
