Mashhad, Feb 21, IRNA -- Chief executive officer of Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) in Iran said on Thursday that Islamic Republic of Iran and Japan as the two responsible members in the international community can play a crucial role in reconstruction of Afghanistan and help the Afghans.

Addressing the closing ceremony of the First Educational Course on Management of Waste in 2019 in Mashhad, Hiroyuki Tanaka added that experts of Kabul Municipality have completed the course in Mashhad successfully, who will hopefully use their learning in line with the country’s development.

He further noted that JICA has explained its strategy in the field of promoting knowledge and building capacity for sustainable growth and strengthening ties among regional states.
