Larijani confers with Japanese premier

Beijing, Feb 13, IRNA – Iranian Parliament (Majlis) Speaker Ali Larijani on the second day of his visit to Japan conferred on Wednesday with Japanese Prime Minister Shinzō Abe on expansion of relations and cooperation between the two countries.

In the meeting, Larijani called for expansion of commercial and economic cooperation between the two countries.

Larijani is now visiting Japan at the official invitation of his Japanese counterpart to broaden expansion of all-out and parliamentary cooperation between the two countries.

During his visit, Larijani is to meet with a number of Japanese officials along with some industrial and development projects.

A number of Majlis representatives accompany Larijani during his two-day visit to Japan.
