Islamic revolution continues to thrive: Arab media

Tehran, Feb 10, IRNA - Arab-language media analysts believe that the victory of the Islamic Revolution has strengthened the regional and trans-regional status of Iran, and as a result the Iranian revolution has been able to make colonialism to retreat.

'The Islamic Revolution of Iran was a historic event whose effects and outcomes went beyond the geography of Iran. This revolution not only led to great changes inside Iran, but also the political results of this revolution can be seen in the regional arena,' the London-based Ray-al-Youm newspaper reported.

The daily wrote, 'This revolution in the structure of the Iranian regime brought about radical changes and gave Iran identity. While before the revolution, the Western-backed regime in Iran controlled the country. The Islamic revolution brought a great shock to regional and international powers. This shock caused these countries to use military and economic warfare enter to prevent its expansion.”

The Lebanon Al-Binaa stated, 'After 40 years of the Islamic Revolution of Iran, this revolution is still thriving inside and outside the country, and its effects and consequences are expanded from the depths of Eurasia to the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, from the Strait of Hormuz to the Strait of Bab-el-Mandeb.'

This revolution has affected the changing in strategic balance of power all over the world, and its effects are still ongoing and have a high level of dynamism. This revolution has brought liberty and sovereignty and national independence to all the people of Iran by overthrowing domestic tyranny and confronting American colonialism.
