Iran's Oil Minister: We have several ways to deal with US sanctions

Tehran's Oct 23, IRNA -- Iranian Minister of Petroleum Bijan Namdar Zangeneh said on Tuesday that in the first six months of the year, the country's oil revenues were 25 percent higher than the target set in the budget.

Zanganeh said, “By various methods, we deal with the US cruel sanctions against Iran”.

He was outlining outcome of his attendance at the meeting of the Bill and Budget of the Parliament that a report on the country's oil revenues was presented at the meeting.

According to the report, in the first six months of the current year, oil revenues in the country have risen 25 percent over the amount envisaged in the budget law.

Iran’s Minister of Petroleum said, “We are striving to stand against the cruel US' sanctions in various ways, although the methods to deal with sanctions are not expressed.'
