Russian analyst: Israel with atomic bomb has no right to file claim against Iran

Moscow, Sept 30, IRNA- Head of the Center for Russian Policy Strategies said that Israel has a large atomic arsenal with hundreds of atomic warheads, and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has no right to make any claim against Iran on that basis.

Sergey Mikheev said in an interview with the Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA), 'The prime minister of Israel (Zionist regime) accused Iran of having a hidden nuclear site without providing any evidence.'

Mikheev added that the claim against Iran was raised against the fact that the International Atomic Energy Agency has not even reported a deviation from Iran's peaceful nuclear program over the past few years.

He continued, 'The IAEA Director-General, Yukiya Amano, has repeatedly emphasized that Iran has acted and adhered to its commitment to the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), not to develop its nuclear program.'

The head of the Russian Center for Policy Strategies said, 'Given the situation and the fact that Iran is most frequently inspected by the IAEA, Netanyahu's claim against Iran at the UN General Assembly is a misleading action.'
