Int'l organizations support Palestinians

Tehran, Sept 26, IRNA - Some 60 international organizations have called for universal support in ending Zionist occupation of the Palestinian territories by launching a global campaign on September 25-28 on the sideline of the 73rd UN General Assembly's annual meeting.

International organizations have launched the campaign in response to a Zionist campaign called 'Not to hostility against the Jews'.

A 'European and Mediterranean Human Rights Center', one of the organizations participating in the Palestine-supporting campaign, issued a statement that the purpose of this action is to emphasize the importance of ending the occupation of the Zionist regime in the Palestinian territories.

International law organizations, in a separate statement, emphasized that the problem is that the Zionist regime considers anyone calling for the implementation of the UN resolutions on ending the occupations and stopping the violation of the rights of the Palestinian people as the opponents of the Jews, while this regime seeks to cover up the crimes of occupying army against the Palestinian people.

The organizations stressed that the campaign included sending urgent messages to the ambassadors of the UN member-states in which they called for opposition to continued illegal occupation of the Zionist regime in the Palestinian territories.

'As the hostility to the Jewish religion does not deserve, the same logic condemns the Zionist regime's oppression and racial discrimination to the Palestinians, because the Palestinians, because of being Palestinians, have sustained a hefty price in occupation and racial discrimination policies of the Zionist regime.
