Iran present in Oman Health tourism exhibition

Doha, Sept. 25, IRNA- Oman International Health Tourism Fair was opened Monday at Oman Conference and Fairs Center in Muscat with Iran displaying its latest achievements in the field of health and sanitation.

The opening ceremony was attended by Omani Health Minister Ahmed Bin Mohammed al-Saeedi, a number of Omani officials and foreign ambassadors, including Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Oman Nouri Shahroudi.

Ambassador of Iran, before the opening ceremony, discussed with some of the participating authorities, including the Minister and the Deputy Minister of Health of Oman, the latest state of affairs in the field of health and medical tourism.

He also visited all Iranian booths after the opening ceremony, accompanied by the Embassy's business and trade advisor. Talking with the booths officials, the ambassador emphasized that the embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran tried all its best to overcome the existing obstacles to the promotion and expansion of cooperation between the two countries in the field of health.

Dozens of companies from Iran, Germany, India, Malaysia, Greece and Persian Gulf Cooperation Council member states participate in this exhibition, which is underway from Sept 2nd to 4th, and will showcase the latest achievements in the field of sanitation and health.
