Iran's oil revenues rise by 60%

Tehran, Sept 10, IRNA – Iran exported over 419,000 billion rials worth oil and oil products in the first four years of the current Iranian calendar year (started on March 21).

The exports showed 60.7 percent increase in value compared to the same period from last year, according to a report by Central Bank of Iran (CBI).

Iran's crude oil exports showed a record 84.2 percent growth in the four-month period compared to the figures in the same period last year.

Iran earned some 348,900 billion rials in revenues out of crude oil exports in the period under study, a figure which stand at 189,000 billion rials in the same period last year.
