Iran exports to Iraq in 9 months exceed $902m

Ilam, Dec 25, IRNA – Iran exported products worth $902,201,270 through Mehran Border, western Iran in the first 9 months of the current Iranian calendar year (began on March 21, 2017).

“The products consisted of construction, steel, agricultural and plastic materials, car, car parts and petrochemicals,” deputy head of Ilam Industry, Mine and Trade Office, Jamil Shohani told the Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA) on Monday.

Cement and agricultural materials made up the biggest portion of Iran’s exports.

Last year products worth $2.3 were exported through Mehran border, he added.
