Iranian film-maker bags Phoenicien Festival statuette

Ardabil, Dec 13, IRNA – Iranian short film “999999999” directed by Karim Azimi received Best Doc Short Phoenicien International Film Festival 2017 in France.

‘999999999’ has focused on the theme that people climb up stone stairs from childhood throughout the rest of their lives, and nightmares pour on them like a rain.

Best Doc Short Phoenicien International Film Festival 2017 started on November 15 and it wrapped up on December 6 in Lyon, France.

The Phoenician International Film Festival's mission is to celebrate the motion picture and provide a platform for filmmakers to have their work awarded and screened.

The Phoenician International Film Festival is an Independent film festival with live screenings in three cities: Paris, Lyon 'France' and Beirut 'Lebanon'.
